The Communications department includes online editing with content management and production for our website and social media channels. To do this, we research, design, write texts and take photos. Depending on the skills you bring, you will be entrusted with tasks that match your strengths, yet are challenging and provide a dedicated insight into the world of online marketing. To support our team, we are always looking for interns (m/f/d) for at least 2 months.

The Sailing and Business Division deals with national and international project organization, marketing, communication, events and sponsoring in water sports and sailing. To support our team, we are looking for interns (m/f/d) for at least 3 months from April 2024. In principle, the period can also last longer than 3 months and/or start later, depending on the requirements of your studies.

The Tourism Division of Kiel-Marketing e.V. is responsible, among other things, for the operation of the Tourist Information, central hotel and room booking service, conference and congress service, development and sale of package and group tours, city tours, maritime weddings, Kiel souvenir, ticket sales, daily call center operation, advertising, PR and trade fair presence as well as for the creation and distribution of print products (e.g. Kieler Förde holiday magazine, Kiel event brochure).

The business division City and Downtown Management division is responsible for city marketing for the state capital of Kiel and pursues a holistic approach. The main objective of city marketing in Kiel is to maintain, promote and improve the attractiveness and quality of life of our city. The key factors in this process are communication and cooperation. We form the interface between business, politics and administration. We bundle forces and establish PPP structures. In operational terms, Kiel-Marketing is also responsible for many city events in the areas of retail support and culture. We have also been responsible for central downtown management since 2017.
