With the "Zukunftsraum Kiel", Kiel-Marketing has implemented a sustainable retail concept that reduces vacancies, revitalises the city centre and offers companies a low-risk opportunity to test new retail strategies. With the innovative retail test space in a direct city centre location, which combines flexible retail models, data-driven optimisation and experiential shopping.
The Zukunftsraum project has been successfully completed - the space has been closed since November 2025.
